Every sealed box we ship carries a serialized Authenticity Tag. This is what it means, and how we stand behind it.
Look at your tag — it carries a unique Authenticity Number that belongs to this box alone. If you bought more than one, each box has its own. Keep it. It is the permanent record of this box's authentication, and the key to per-box verification as we roll it out.
A box from a source we trust.
The Authenticity Tag is our signature on your box. It certifies that this product came through a Japanese supplier we have personally vetted — and that it reached you sealed, exactly as it left the factory.
We do not print the words one hundred percent authentic and ask you to trust them. We tell you how we earn that confidence instead, and we never break the seal on the box we send you. The seal is the proof. The tag is our name beside it.

Vetted
Before we trust a supplier, we buy from them ourselves and open product to confirm it is genuine. Only proven sources make the list.
Sourced
We buy only from those vetted Japanese suppliers — no matter the price. We never chase a cheaper box through a source we do not know.
Sealed
Your box ships in its original factory state. We never open the box we send you — the seal is the point, so we leave it intact.

We vet the source
Before a supplier earns our trust, we buy from them and open product ourselves to confirm it is genuine. A source that does not pass does not become a source.
We source sealed
We buy sealed boxes only from those proven Japanese suppliers, consolidate them, and ship to Thailand. Each box is logged and assigned its serial on arrival.
We tag and send
Your box ships with its Authenticity Tag, serialized to that box, in protective packaging — sealed exactly as it left the factory.

We are building per-box digital verification — scan your tag and see this box's own record: when it was sourced, when it was checked, and the proof behind it. Your serial number is already that record. Until then, this page stands as our account of how every tagged box reaches you.
Our guarantee, in plain terms.
If a box you receive is ever found not to be genuine, you get a full cash refund — plus a ฿500 credit in ARC Coins as our apology for the trouble.
