Ordering & Shipping
We dispatch twice a week — every Monday and Wednesday. Your order ships on the next dispatch day after it is placed (weekend and late orders roll to the next Monday or Wednesday), and domestic transit typically takes 3–5 business days once the parcel is collected. Every parcel ships tracked with EMS, Kerry Express, or Flash Express — chosen per package — and we email you your tracking number when your order is dispatched.
