All orders ship from Thailand. We pack every order ourselves — no warehouse, no fulfillment centre, just careful hands and proper packaging.

Not yet — ARCEN currently ships only within Thailand while we tune our packaging and customs handling for sealed product. International shipping is on our roadmap, and we will announce it by email when it launches.
How We Pack
Packaging standard
📦Booster boxes wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a rigid outer box
🃏Single cards: penny sleeve → toploader → painter's tape → team bag
📋Cards above ฿500: cardboard sandwich inside the bubble mailer
🔒"Fragile" and "Do Not Bend" labels on every package
📸Photo taken of every order before sealing — kept on file for 30 days
Returns Policy
Seven days, seal intact
Sealed products
Unopened, factory-sealed boxes are returnable within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — Thailand's cooling-off right under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act, honored as written. The box must come back sealed and undamaged; return shipping is on you unless the error was ours. Once the seal is broken, change-of-mind returns end — an opened box can no longer carry our authenticity guarantee.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Authenticity issues
If you believe a product is not authentic, contact us immediately. Once confirmed, your full refund — plus a ฿500 credit in ARC Coins — is processed within 5–7 business days. See our Authenticity Guarantee for details.
Opened products
Opened booster boxes and packs cannot be returned. This is standard policy across the TCG industry.
Accessories
Display cases and other accessories are returnable within 7 days of delivery — unused and in original packaging. A standard physical-goods return; return shipping is on you unless the error was ours.
Graded Singles
Returns & Guarantee
Graded singles are final sale. Because each card's condition is certified and sealed by PSA, and because we verify, photograph, and record every slab before it ships, you know exactly what you're receiving — so we don't accept returns for change of mind.
That said, our commitments to you stand behind every graded card:
Authenticity, guaranteed.
Every graded single is a genuine, PSA-certified card. If a card you receive is ever proven not genuine, we refund you in full. This guarantee doesn't expire.
Verified before dispatch.
We inspect each slab, confirm the certification matches the card, and photograph it before shipping. Every graded single carries a verification code you can check — so what you ordered is provably what we sent.
