Who we are

ARCEN sells sealed Japanese Pokémon trading card products, sourced directly from Japan and shipped to customers in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid shipping address.
• We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or break these terms.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in Thai Baht and may change over time.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once payment is processed.
• If an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, we may decline or cancel the order and refund you in full.
• We aim to ship promptly. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and some steps — such as international consolidation and customs — are outside our direct control.

Authenticity

We source our products directly from Japan and stand behind their authenticity. Our authenticity guarantee, including our refund commitment, is described on our Authenticity page and applies as stated there.

Returns

Our returns and refund terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page and apply to your purchases.

Payments

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe processing your payment as part of completing your order.

Your data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using ARCEN, you acknowledge that policy.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The ARCEN name, branding, site design, and written content belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to run ARCEN reliably, but we provide the service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the date at the top of this page, and continued use of ARCEN means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
