Trainer Rewards launched on July 27, 2026. This page is the program's published rulebook — the rates, the ladder, and the rules we hold ourselves to. Changes follow the review process at the bottom of this page; they are announced in advance and never applied backwards.
Every paid order earns 1 ARC per ฿20 of merchandise value — the merchandise subtotal after any discounts, excluding shipping — multiplied by your gym tier and rounded to the nearest whole coin.
Your tier comes from your cumulative lifetime spend at ARCEN, including the order being placed. Lifetime spend never resets, and a badge once earned is permanent.
Thresholds are cumulative lifetime spend. The multiplier applies to ARC earned while the tier is held and you are active.
You are active whenever you have placed a paid order in the trailing 6 months, and active trainers earn at their full tier multiplier. A first order always earns at the tier rate.
After 6 months without a paid order, your next order earns at 1.00× — and restores your full multiplier for every order after it. Dormancy never reduces anything you already hold: your tier, your badges, and your balance are untouched.
Your ARC balance stays live for 12 months after your most recent earn — any earn event extends the entire balance by 12 months. A balance with no earn for 12 months expires. Badges and tier progress never expire — the clock applies to coins only.
Redemption opens August 2026. ARC redeems as a discount at checkout — ฿0.25 per coin, covering up to 20% of an order's merchandise subtotal. Redemption requires an order; coins have no cash value and cannot be paid out.
The Founding 100 carry two permanent instruments: a 500 ARC head start credited on their first paid order, and ฿2,000 of tier progress. The endowment counts toward badges only — it is not spend and earns no ARC.
At launch, every baht of net paid spend from before the program was credited at the launch rate — 1 ARC per ฿20, rounded down to the whole coin — as a one-time grant. Every baht counted, from order one.
Thresholds and program rules are reviewed once a year — the first review falls in July 2027. Any change is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect, applies to future progression only, and never touches a badge or tier already earned. Thresholds are never repriced automatically.
